Hi Folks,
It is a rare day that Pencarrow is wind free so I suppose we were lucky and certainly enjoyed a pleasant morning by the sea.
Some great performances in each division and some interesting battles for all the run distances. Peter Bratby was chased to the end by Damien Grover, interesting race with only 13 seconds seperating them. Emma and Melanie were also rather close with less than a minute between them.
The Fleming brothers chased each other in the 10k with Hamish just beating Daniel.
For me the most interesting finish was by Graeme Moss who was driven by fear. Fear of being beaten by two rather young runners. Fortunately Graeme representing us oldies hung on to beat Cameron and Ruth, don't you just hate quick kids.
Talking of kids it was great to see so many young un's out there with mum's and dad's.
Looking forward there's the Bog Challenge on 6 June which will be muddy but loads of fun. Then there's the 5 Bridges on 18 July. Nice course both of the above have certificates and the 5 Bridges will have medals the Bog Challenge has water and mud.
We would welcome any comments good or bad so we improve so don't be scared just send them on bobtrinz"hotmail.com.

RESULTS 2010
Hi Folks,
It could be said that we were just a little lucky with the weather. We had our doubts on Friday but I suppose who dares wins. Turnout was fantastic and really caught us on the hop, last year 170 this year 303 entries. Hence some will have their medals sent in the post as soon as we can get them and write envelopes, real apologies for not having them at the finish line.
